Buying a Home in Promontory
Promontory is planned to have around 1600 homesites across its over 6000 acres. 60% of the land in Promontory will be well-preserved as open natural space. Promontory has two smaller enclaves including Pinnacle at Promontory and the Double Deer Cottages. The Double Deer Cottages enclave will be home to 26 single-story cottage-style townhomes near the 18th fairway of the golf course. Each of these cottages will feature modern mountain architecture and light interiors, fully furnished and ready to move in.
The Pinnacle at Promontory is the single-family estate enclave reserved for just 64 luxury view homesites. There are three modern mountain architecture home plans available to buyers as well as available homesites to build a custom private luxury retreat within community guidelines.
Promontory Amenities
Each of the two enclaves will feature its own unique amenities for homeowners within the smaller neighborhoods. The Cottages will feature a private community pool and hot tub as well as an entertainment area and gathering spot. The Pinnacle will be home to Sky House, a private clubhouse with high-end luxury features and space for neighbors to come together in the community.
Promontory also offers countless amenities for every resident of the community, this community features more private amenities than any other in Park City. Some of the private community amenities include two championship golf courses designed by Pete Dye and Jack Nicklaus, an equestrian center, a beach club with sandy beach pool and organized water activities, award-winning dining venues, both casual and fine dining, billiards room, arcade, general store, 50 seat movie theater, two bowling lanes, a fitness center, outdoor amphitheater, spa services, kids camp opportunities, and much more.
Those owning a home in Promontory also benefit from access to a member lodge at the Deer Valley Ski Resort and the Town Lift Lodge on Main Street. Both lodges provide concierge services, storage space, a kids' cove play area, and a ski valet.
Park City Activities
Promontory is just minutes from the downtown area of Park City and every world-class recreational opportunity in the area.
Park City is most notably known for its three world-class skiing resort areas including Park City Mountain Resort, the Canyons Village, and Deer Valley. Park City Mountain Resort and Canyons Village are interconnected by a gondola and offer the largest ski area in the continental United States with over 7000 acres of ski terrain. Deer Valley has earned consistent rankings by several publications and more as the best ski resort in the entire country.
Beyond the famous winter activities of Park City are world-class biking and hiking trails in the summer as well as several water activities and amazing fishing at the Jordanelle Reservoir just next to Park City.

Cottage-style townhome properties in Double Deer Cottages will begin at 2.3 million. Single-family luxury estates in the Pinnacle at Promontory start at just under 3 million and go to just under 10 million.
