Buying a Home in Old Town
Most of the area of Old Town encompasses the land that runs from historic Main Street to the Park City Mountain Resort and to the Park City Municipal Golf Course past the community city park. Most of the homes in the area have retained their old western mining town historical charm and feature original historical architecture from Park City's first days of incorporation. There are a few modern upscale condo communities that have recently been developed in the area including the Sky Lodge community, Marsac Mill Manor, and the Caledonian. Though these condo communities are very convenient and brand new, they do not stick out, but blend beautifully into the historic properties that surround them. This mix of old and new real estate has created one of the most desirable places to live or vacation right in the center of all the activity of Park City.
