Old Town Park City is the Historical 'Original' platted neighborhood located on the southern end of Utah's Park City limits, bound by Deer Valley Resort to the south and Park City Mountain Resort to the east. A typical lot size in Park City Old Town is 25 ft. by 75 ft. deep. Over the years many of the historical homes have been raised and completely expanded and renovated. With a strong historical society commission, much of the look and feel of the original Park City homes have been maintained.
