The Park City Utah real estate market is quite expansive stretching from Summit Park and Silver Summit almost to the Rockport State Park, South incorporating all of the ski resorts and lifts and Bald Eagle Mountain as well as Kimball Junction and the intersection of Interstate 80 and Highway 189. While the town of Park city is just around 20 mi.², the entire area takes up a much larger footprint. So, for the sake of this article, were going to be covering all of the entire Part City area.

This is one of the numerous neighborhoods with Big Golf Course Views and golf memberships into the Promontory Development. This is one of the newest communities within the development called The Fairways and features custom home sites with beautiful views of the Painted Valley Golf Course. Silver Creek Village
