The North Pole Express at Heber Valley Railroad

Enjoy a long standing Heber Valley Railroad tradition, climbing aboard the 90 minute North Pole Express. Guests enjoy hot cocoa and Mrs. Claus' own chocolate chip cookies, singing along to favorite Christmas carols and being entertained by the hosts, elves cocoa chefs, and special guests.

The trek takes guests to "The North Pole," where Santa himself will climb aboard and gift each child with a special present. Book a in your own private Red Caboose, or opt for the historic 1913 coach with a parlor, dining room, and more.

Tree Lighting at Canyons Village

Ring in the season in beautiful Canyons Village at the Tree Lighting. Santa will be on site for photos, as well as live music and craft booths selling unique gifts. Don't forget to stay until the end of the night to enjoy an impressive fireworks display!

Park City Holiday Spectacular at the Egyptian Theater

A favorite local tradition, the Park City Holiday Spectacular and Sing-a-Long will sell out quickly this year, as it always does. The family friendly event features live musical performances, skits, and dances to celebrate all the best the season has to offer. The audience favorite is the choir sing-a-longs that wrap up the show sending everyone out in festive holiday spirit. 

Torchlight Parade at Deer Valley

One of the last celebrations of the year, the Torchlight Parade is a favorite in Deer Valley. The annual parade features 100 skiers flying down the mountain carrying flares, some wearing light up costumes. The ski run is lit up in celebratory glow as onlookers enjoy bidding farewell to the year. The resort serves hot cider and cookies for guests, and this event is truly a family friendly tradition everyone will love.
